Calm Day and Breakfast out Blues

Hey People,

Hope that you are feeling fine and that the day is going super well. If not, well, don't forget to take a little time out to find calm and find peace.
April 5th was International Calm Day. And if you are like me with all the stuff you have to do and all the stuff that is going on in this crazy world, Its hard to calm down.
So, let me take the opportunity to thank all those relaxation teachers that make life so much easier. And while I am at it, let me say a great thank you to all the international and imaginative chefs that create these wonderful dishes that make even the Blue days Great days.
Remember life is a lot harder if you don't cultivate the Quality of your Life.
 Take Care of Yourself.
